We’re very sorry that the lizard was in your plant and this does not usually happen. We go to great lengths to keep our friendly, Florida critters here with us as they’re very beneficial in eating the pesky insects. We do not do delivery notifications but we do send the links for the carrier you’ve selected so you can sign up for status alerts and they let you know when it has been delivered. I don’t see any notes regarding delivery instructions on your order but did offer to cancel your order and refund you prior to shipping the plants due to your email expressing concern. I am glad to hear that the plants are suiting your needs and that you’re enjoying them. If you decide to purchase from us again, please reach out to me directly and I can make sure we have the proper notes on your order and can do additional inspections to be sure no lizards are taking a trip with the plants.

They were suppose to be the csr 4size in height they were not . They were beautiful when I got then upstairs and the next morning when I woke up I watered them only to find that a lizard came with the palms from the Florida warehouse and was loose in my house . It caused a problem. They did not listen to shipping or delivery instructions and they brought a reptile into my home . .I will think twice next time.
