It sounds like it didn’t travel ‘this end up’ like we request so try to use a blow dryer on cool setting or leaf blower to remove the soil. A straw blown in the area can also get it out. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

Hard to remove soil that was spilled in between the bottom of the leaves. Plant must had been tipped over during transport.
